Since joining Hyperactive in November 2002, Karen Tucker has proved her versatility and ability to perform to the highest levels in everything that she undertakes.

Originally qualifying in 1985 with a BTEC Diploma in Catering & Hotel Management and enjoying a successful catering career before leaving to raise her daughter, Karen has since retrained as a Bookkeeper, qualifying at the highest level and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.

Having worked for many industry leaders including the BBC, Trusthouse Forte and Beefeater Steakhouses, Karen has also worked for SCOPE, a leading non-profit organisation that raises the profile and assists people with Cerebal Palsy.

During her time at Hyperactive, Karen has managed the international finance across the Hyperactive companies and now manages a valued team of five, taking care of the company finances and administration, as well as the office management for a team of 17 employees.
