Brief
To provide to Vodafone Group Services and Vodafone OpCo’s globally a bespoke hospitality programme across the 19 Formula One Grands Prix

Activity

The Grand Prix Events Team receive requests from Vodafone Group Services and Vodafone OpCo’s to attend Grand Prix, whether in the Ferrari Paddock Club, in a bespoke Vodafone Hospitality suite or in a Grandstand.

The Team are then responsible for all aspects of the programme from hotel accommodation, transportation, hospitality suites, restaurant reservations, cocktail parties, gala dinner, Chairman’s meetings to merchandise and branding
All programmes are totally bespoke to individual requirements, whether it is boat access to Monaco harbour, helicopters, cocktail parties or sightseeing in the local region.

At a number of Grand Prix Vodafone bespoke hospitality is required where suites are designed in keeping with the Vodafone brand.  The Team create a ‘Vodafone’ atmosphere bringing in Vodafone demonstration zone’s, using specific caterers to offer the highest possible standards in catering and providing interactive entertainment for the guests in terms of appearances by Ferrari team personnel and competitions.

At the Monaco Grand Prix The Team managed the Vodafone cocktail party hosted by Arun Sarin.  This was situated adjacent to the Palace in Monaco with the senior Ferrari personnel and drivers also attending.  A specific area on the terrace was created to provide an exclusive venue for the guests.
