Hypperactive began the experience at the Odeon Leicester Square, where the ‘red carpet’ was themed with Pirate Chic dancers and themed and dressed press areas (complete with dangling skeleton in a cage from the cinema balcony).
The party venue sported its very own pirate galleon on the outside and a bespoke built ‘Black Pearl’ bar on the inside, which was the front section of a bespoke built galleon. Barbossa’s Brasserie featured a sit down dining experience, managed by our in house catering director who also happened to be the youngest Michelin starred chef in the country! Themed food ‘Island’ stations offered guests a grazing experience, with Pudding Island undoubtedly being the favourite. The basement of the building featured a dramatic ‘cave’ with sparkling treasure and waterfalls, and the bars were hosted by ‘pirates’ with skeletal outfits that showed up under an intermittent UV light.
Hyperactive also worked with PR department in the media management on the red carpet, ensuring our celebrity guests were interviewed on the red carpet and later at the party
